This is a Moped Rack Mount. It includes one mounted tube and everything you need to mount it to a pair of cargo rack tubes, including all three sizes of clamp blocks, and the standard Moped Rack 10" long mounted tube (can be cut shorter as needed). This is exactly half of the full Moped Rack Mount Set, so if you want a full set just buy two of these.
