Noordzee Surfschool Scheveningen

Noordzee Surfschool offers professional surf lessons at the southern beach of Scheveningen and in Kijkduin. Since 2013, Noordzee Surfschool and Strandpaviljoen De Zuid have worked closely together to create a complete beach experience.

From children’s parties and corporate events to beginner courses and advanced training sessions, Noordzee Surfschool provides tailored surf programs for all levels. Group packages can be combined with flexible facilities and the hospitality and cuisine of Beach Pavilion De Zuid.

In addition to surf lessons, we offer rental of various surfboards and wetsuits.

Noordzee Surfschool location at Scheveningen

We exclusively work with experienced and certified instructors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge of surfing. Our lessons follow international teaching standards and use modern equipment and training methods.

To ensure personal attention and fast progression, we work with small groups of up to six participants.

During the introductory lesson, we begin with theory covering equipment, ocean awareness, and safety. After that, we enter the water to practice fundamental techniques and exercises. The goal is that after the session, you are able to enter the water independently and safely.

Lessons last two hours and cost €35, including equipment and a certified surf instructor. A private lesson costs €89.95 per person, or €115 for two people.
