The Slater Designs Great White Twin is a high-performance hybrid surfboard shaped for speed, control, and precision. Inspired by the outline of the Great White Shark and crafted with I-Bolic Technology and Volcanic Lamination, this board was co-designed by Kelly Slater and Bali-based shaper Mike Woo to bridge the gap between fish-style glide and shortboard performance.
This groveler excels in a wide range of waves, generating speed in weak conditions while maintaining control in powerful surf. Its hidden center volume combined with fine rails allows for immediate response and quick reaction in tight pockets, punchy sections, and fast shoulder turns. The elevated tail rocker enhances backhand performance, giving the board the speed of a twin-fin with the maneuverability of a thruster. A third fin box allows for versatile Twin + 2 setups, making it adaptable for different wave types and surfing styles.
