The Indoboard Original is the balance board where it all started in 1998.
This classic balance board features an oval shape and measures 75 × 45 cm. Designed for effective balance training, the board includes built-in underside stoppers, while the roller has a diameter of approximately 16 cm. The carefully engineered ratio between board length and roller thickness ensures smooth, controlled movement. The stoppers help limit excessive sliding when balance is lost, making training safer and more controlled.
Balancing on the board while rolling back and forth closely mimics real surfing movements, making the Indoboard Original an excellent surf balance trainer. At the same time, it significantly improves core stability, coordination, reflexes, and muscle strength. Because your body is under constant tension, every session remains challenging and engaging. As your skills improve, you can progress to advanced tricks. Many skateboard tricks and surf-style maneuvers can be practiced, making this balance board suitable for both beginners and advanced riders.
A standard Indoboard Original set includes a balance board and roller. The set can be expanded with optional accessories such as a balance cushion, board bag, or Indoboard mat. You can also choose a base set that includes the board and cushion for added training variety.

For basic balance training and learning fun tricks, the board and roller combination is sufficient. Using carpet or an Indoboard mat is recommended. On smooth surfaces, the roller moves faster than on grass or high-pile carpet. Softer surfaces make it easier to start and maintain control.
